DSB adopts Appellate Body report in India/US dispute over solar cells

The Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) on 14 October adopted an Appellate Body (AB) report, which upheld an earlier panel’s findings that India’s domestic content requirements for solar cells and modules were inconsistent with WTO rules.
